This listing is for an exquisite
Seth Thomas Clock made in 1909. It is a 11 3/4"
H x 7 1/4" W x 6" D Crystal Regulator Mantel Clock, model Empire #13,
with movement #48N. This has an 8-day time and strike movement which was
designed to gong on the half hours. It comes with a winding key and
original faux mercury pendulum. The porcelain faced dial is in excellent
shape. The four sides of the clock case have 4 beveled glass panels.
The clock features a higher end brass case which looks to be unfinished
and shows some light tarnishing from its age. As far as the clocks
function, it was cleaned and serviced
4 years ago and it runs fine. This is a magnificent
antique clock showpiece that hopefully would be a welcomed addition to
your display area. The seller
