The Grant District 110 Educational Foundation will again host a dinner/auction fundraiser to raise money to support its mission and goals.
When:
Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 6 PM. Doors will open early for browsing of auction items and wine tasting.
Where:
Ramada Inn Banquet Rooms, 6900 N. Illinois Avenue, Fairview Heights, IL
Cost:
Event cost is $28 and includes your dinner, entertainment, entry to auction, and wine tasting prior to dinner. Tables of ten can be reserved if there is a group of people who would like to sit together. The names of the guests/people at your table must be submitted together so that the reservations can be made for all of you to sit together. Tables of ten are $250 vs $280 if reservations are made prior to Oct 1st.
Reservations can be made by visiting either Grant Middle School or Illini Elementary school office, the District Office on Bunkum Road or by mailing checks to:

There will be both an oral and silent auction. There are no tickets. You check in at the door to receive your program and bidding number. You do not have to bid but we sure encourage you to take advantage of these wonderful opportunities.

How can you help? Any donation that you can make whether it is an item, your time or a service such as hairdressing, car repair, lawn mowing, oil change, dinner for XX people at your house, tutoring, etc., will be gladly accepted. Please contact the district office at 618-398-7755 or 618-397-2764 for more information. Also, advertisements and ads in our program for the evening will greatly be appreciated.
